The LoboCard is the official UNM ID card carried by students, faculty, staff, and others for access to university services, secure buildings and more.

For UNM students and employees, the LoboCard is the single most important form of campus identification you can have.  From checking out books from the library to buying lunch at the SUB, the LoboCard has got you covered.  Not only does it function as a photo ID, it also grants you access to many of UNM's facilities and services.

The LoboCard Office is currently closed as UNM is operating under Limited Operations due to COVID-19. Our staff is available to assist you during this time. Please contact our office for assistance.

COVID-19 Limited Operations

Effective Tuesday, March 17, the UNM Lobo Card Office will begin operating in a limited capacity. Although our office will be closed for in-person services from Tuesday, March 17 through Sunday, May 31st, online services, like managing LoboCash accounts, are still available on our website at lobocard.unm.edu. Additionally, staff will be available to answer questions, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:45 p.m. at 505-277-9970 or via email at lobocard@unm.edu.

Online Photo Submission Now Available

The LoboCard Office is pleased to offer online photo submission. Take your own photo using our approved photo requirements and upload it through the online portal. You will be notified when your new LoboCard is ready for pickup.
