LoboCard Office

ATTENTION: Our online access to LoboCash (checking balances or adding money) is currently unavailable. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

If you would like to check your LoboCash balance, please send an email to lobocard@unm.edu including your name, ID number, and date of birth. You may also come into the office and we can tell you your balance in person. We will not be able to give balances over the phone.

If you would like to add LoboCash to your account, there are a couple of options available. We can do it in the office during our open hours, you may add at the libraries at the valueport kiosks if you are using cash only, or you may call us and we would be happy to do it over the phone for you. 

If you used the quick deposit and the money has come out of your bank account, but is not on your LoboCard, please send us an email with your name, ID number, and a copy/screenshot of your bank statement showing that the money was pulled out of your account. We will then be able to add the money for you.

Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:45 pm (excluding University holidays).  Please have your UNM ID number with you when you come in!

The LoboCard is the official UNM ID card carried by students, faculty, staff, and others for access to university services, secure buildings and more.

For UNM students and employees, the LoboCard is the single most important form of campus identification you can have.  From checking out books from the library to buying lunch at the SUB, the LoboCard has got you covered.  Not only does it function as a photo ID, it also grants you access to many of UNM's facilities and services.

Get your LoboCard today by visiting the LoboCard Office, on the 1st floor of the Student Union Building (building 60 on the campus map), Suite 1067.  Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm (except for University holidays).  Please have your UNM ID number when you come in.

You can get answers to you Meal Plan questions by using our website, by calling our meal plan representative at 505-277-1362, or by emailing mealplans@unm.edu.

Don't know your UNM ID number?  You can look it up through the Demographic Self Service (DSS) page.  Log in with your netID and password and the number is displayed at the top of the screen.
